Schools may opt to have riding lessons or trail rides as an after school activity. Sessions are available at 1:45 PM and 2:45 PM. A minimum of 6 participants is required and up to 14 can be accommodated. A commitment to at least 6 lessons is also required, but schools often opt to run the activity for at least two full terms.
Week Without Walls and Enrichment Activities
Al Samriya can host a wide range of enrichment events and activities. The estate comprises the horse riding school, the museum, comprehensive sporting facilities, and extensive cross-country running trails. Excellent learning and physical activities can be delivered onsite for small groups to large groups. Provision can be made for three, four, or several hundred children… taking part in a single activity or a full day comprising multiple sessions of different types. Popular events include ‘Week Without Walls’ and ‘Fitness at the Farm’ and schools can select from the following options:
